Since 2015, I’ve partnered with small businesses as a fractional accounting and HR consultant, managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining clean books, and delivering reliable reporting that supports smarter decision-making. As a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor and certified payroll specialist (ADP and Gusto), I bring hands-on expertise in accounting accuracy, payroll processing, and scalable back-office operations.

With over a decade of experience as a senior HR leader and a prior background in employment law, I help organizations align their teams, processes, and compliance with confidence. My expertise spans the full spectrum of human resources and office management—from employee relations to payroll, total rewards, and HRIS implementation (including Workday, Gusto, and Paycor), as well as accounting and regulatory compliance—ensuring organizations operate efficiently while building strong, engaged teams.

Backed by graduate education and advanced HR certifications—including Certified HR Manager, Certified Compensation & Benefits Professional, and Certified Learning & Development Specialist—I bring a unique blend of legal insight, operational execution, and strategic thinking to help your organization grow the right way.
